My son has a pet Axolotl so we need live worms to feed him, these arrived safely in good condition, the worms looked healthy all alive on arrival, the package was small so was able to be posted through the door, these are well priced and packaged so that they are easy to transfer to your wormery

Received super fast, well packaged and living! Clean and good length between 2&5 inches. These were inside a clear plastic bag with airholes, and supported inside a good quality, none smelly compost. The outside cardboard letterbox container was clearly marked for live produce and fitted through the letterbox without trauma to its contents. Supplied with clear instructions to help advise any novice how to set up your own wormery. Thank you for your help and my super worms!

Awesome! I order these for my axolotl and he’s obsessed! He Hatess the small pellets and the larger adult axolotl pellets are too hard for him to want a nibble of and take too long to soften so he loses interest. Started on blood worms, now use those as a small treat and base diet is 1.5-2 of these worms ever other day and either a frozen bloodworm or frozen brine shrimp treat now and again if extra hungry

The worms arrived very lathargic, the substrate was extremely dry, perhaps a long journey in a warm van?
My previous suppliers didn’t arrive in the same dry substrate and as such will not be using Wormcity again for fear of poor conditions.
That being said, the worms themselves did appear to settle after being transported in a nice moist coir wormer. I’ve had them a few days now and they’re still not as active as from my previous supplier. Live and learn eh? Shall remain loyal in future. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Arrived on time. The worms looked healthy, and now they are enjoying the compost pot I created for them. The leaflet is very informative and very straightforward.
